Both has to be send to the German consulate or embassy in your country. In case the visa has not been granted upon the planned start of course, you can postpone the course up to four months for free.<\/p>\n In some cases, the visa application will be denied. In that case you are entitled to a refund of your deposit minus 499.00 \u20ac service fee in case you provide the notice of rejection and let us know about the denial before the planned start of course.
